Vauxhall Roof Antenna

Hi Guys

I noticed while browsing the owners on LEW theres quite a few Stevens Esprits got the new type radio antenna on them, anyone know where ill get one from apart from Vauxhall who will take my trousers down bigstyle, vhad a look on Ebay but can only see people selling the top bit and not the base.

how bout a corsa or astra one from a scrapyard. i ve got one somewhere for my cavalier at some point, they come with power feed to an amplifier in them usually. they take the screw in style cable though, so there'll be a bit of cable lengthening/modifying no doubt. has your leccy one died then?

i rather like the naff, straight up ness of the std one, its one of the cars foibles aint it. like the side repeaters that you can use as a step there so big and naff. love it.

Yeah I know what u mean Pete but Ive aready lost the indicators, and the cars come a long way from when it was standard, so its past the point of no return now, Im trying to get it to sport 300 sort of looking.

Got a base off Ebay 15 quid, not bad I suppose need the top bit now...

You can deffo get a compatible top bit that is shorter and less whip like from PUK Esprit. Bibs has one

Do you have a picture of it on your car, I think Id prefer the standard black whip as opposed to the silver ones on PUK, but might change my mind after Ive seen one.
