Thanks Howard. Unless someone else posts with bad news, I think I'll risk it but take it easy, I need to bed my brakes in.

The weather for next Sunday looks like it might be OK if anyone's interested.

Phil and I spoke t about 9 ish this morning and decided not to do the run based on advice from our chums down in the midlands, melting snow combined with sleet today just wont make it any fun.

So the hoon is off for today. Just called Mat, he has a train ticket already arranged an so can get to pick his motor up.

Just to let you know I decided against going down for the car myself, arranged with Matty's that I'll now pick up Wed morning, hopefully the weather should be nicer for the drive back up North.

Not at all mate, as you know I was out Fri and had a sore head Sat morning so believe me you kind of did me a favour! I had the Matty work planned a long time prior to this thread. I needed a new windscreen and my classicline insurance only go to
