UK ESPRIT DEALER DATABASE

I've posted this before, and have seen David post it again today.

A lot of people come on here and ask 'which dealer/ specialist', so figured it might

be worthwhile sticking this up for all to see and add to. It will only make this more

of a resource for Southrun if we add to it after all.

Keep it factual. Bigup those that deserve and those that don't.

*Views on this Dealer list are not views of LEF.

They are user posted opinions of individuals own experiences,

Judge them as you will, pay your money and take your choice.

This survey only covers dealers in the U.K. What about the rest of the world?

Yeah, UK list i'm afraid.

It's from a UK site, but as it's up and running, i think our collective UK users

can help them out by adding more to the database. The rest of the world are

not as fortunate as to have so many Esprit equipped specialists/ dealers in

such a relatively small land mass. We are lucky truely!

Hi guys, I'm Craig, I run Southrun. I just had an e-mail from Paul telling me about the link, thanks for posting it. As has been mentioned, the more people that keep posting the better, I encourage you to post each time you use a dealer because as you can see, some reviews are old and some are new. I think I started the dealer section back in 2002 so up to date reviews are really appreciated as some dealers do make an effort to improve, or sometimes a sloppy employee might move on.

As for the UK thing, yes, sort of, this is mainly because last year I linked the dealer reviews to a dealer directory, and it took me ages to populate the database with all of the addresses and contact details of all the dealers in the UK! ARGH! :)

What I would suggest is that if you are not in the UK and use a non-UK dealer, then please leave a review for them. You can enter a new dealer name, and if you want to be REALLY REALLY helpful, e-mail me the contact details and I'll get them put into the dealer directory as well. I think once non-UK customers start doing it we'll have a nice list of world wide stuff build up.

Don't forget, it's also for Lotus specific suppliers (e.g. Elise Parts.com, PTP) and also for non official specialists which help the enthusiastic mechanics. If you don't see it on the list and you've used them, you can add them too.

Anyway, thanks for the support guys! Comments always welcome. ( www.southrun.co.uk/about.php#contactme )

Cheers,

Craig D.

Cheers Craig :(

There you go people, it's all there, what a great resource for us to point

people towards! As Craig says, it's fair because if a dealer cleans up his

act then recent reviews can work towards giving him a good name again.

Big thanks to Craig for providing it, we can only make it better...

...so whack some reviews up there now! :)
