Hardness of block and head

Does anyone know what the hardness should be of both the head and block?

MIne are the softest Aluminium I've ever worked with. From what I read , SOP seems to be putting inserts in all the threaded holes when you have it apart.

OEM block stud pulled out on me once and I've been working my way through the various stud and bolt holes on the head.

Funny this actually. When I had my gearbox out, I had to helicoil a few of the holes. The holes in he sump were really quite tough, like the aluminium had hardened. Yet the holes in the block near the starter motor area were quite soft.
