i saw also the metal clip on this car, what i saw.. so i think this is real out of the factory, just to find a radio is rare, and fint it complete is very very rare!! good luck with it!

i Had a great weekend on 2 and 3 Feb. i had a meet-up with 2 lotus owners one has a lotus eclat LHD and the other one has a Lotus Elite RHD... both owners are from germany, and we had a great time, because there was a classic car show at bremen, and we went to it,and had a great time there, after that, we went to the RHD elite, and take a look at that car, (pictures will come online soon..) and have a great experince with owners under eachother, today i bought 3 elite (RHD) cars in one time, so also very very great, so i have enough parts for you guys, (it was a tip from the owner from the Elite..) and i am happy with it, so now i have 6 elite cars, and there are standing 3 excel cars, (a great garage..)

i know one to find, when i am there i will shoot a picture, but i dont know when i would be there i am sorry, he lives 150 km away from me..

next week i will have the same rare interior as this green eclat so that means, also green, with the light cloth, its a RHD elite car, and i wanne sell the complete interior, so maby is there somebody how has enough of that hanging normaal 501 cloth, its for sale, just send me a PM

this one is also sold, it was for sale on: www.marktplaats.nl and now i feel very down! he wants 45 euro for it, i still have 2 owners manuals so..

and i will buy this ones, and yes the wallet is also incl. the press packs i have allready, i also have 3 orginal different press release papers 1 from the factory (more the 1 page..) and i have 2 from the netherlands lotus dealer, (from 1974..) so thats also great to have!

i saw this on the internet for sale, and i think i would buy it, because i need to finish my elite, that car (when its done) is complete new, and it MUST be complete, so i need this! (all the 3 books, are inside a leather thing, orginal from lotus i dont can upload the picture i am sorry..) i also have found a philips radio (with dictaphone!) so thats also a great thing, when the car is complete i will sell it, (or maby not.. hahahah)

it dont have the USA bumpers, so thats allready great, i thought ross would be the only one with european bumpers, but this car also have then much better then the usa bumpers!!!

i Know the old owner, and i know this car, he also has a LHD elite S2.2... (only 10 made.) this car is also very rare..

Great bibs, yess built upwards, but there i have also a floor, just for spares and bits, and that one will be getting bigger, (because the elite that i will get next week i will break down for parts) and i have sold also one car, when that one is gone, i can replace the space with the white excel, (standing now somewhere else) because there is no space!!! and yes buddsy, in this garage will come many elite cars!! and i hope also a esprit into the furture (a 1983 turbo)

Great trip leigh, i saw it allready on the excel.net forum, and you made some great pictures!! really nice to see this old chapman car inside france, great that you made the trip inside a elite (and you did it will it did#n break down..) (because its a S2.2 haha) i will see you this year also agian, at the excel,elite,eclat meeting, and maby at donington,

Yess USandretti42.. its a lovely car, and the onwers know to find me, just for spares and bits, and also if they wanne sell they cars, and this is a orginal Dutch Elite, and that is very rare, it would be the nicesest that the car stays in holland, but if there are some other enthosiastic people how love this cars, they can send my a pm and we keep in contact, in my garage are standing allready: lotus excel sa, lotus excel se 1987, lotus excel se 1986 and 2 elites, and now a other elite so 3 elite cars is to much.. and i dont wanne break down a LHD!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, next week i will get this new elite, (a LHD car! so very rare..) i really like this one because its looks beautifull!! the missing parts i put on the car, so it getting complete agian and she is just 1 from the 11 Netherlands cars ever deliverd, but i think i gonne sell it, (with leather inside it..) much nicer.. and i only wanne sell it to somebody that handle this car with much love,!! and take good care of her! soon more pictures!
