Jonny, I have only had the centres lacquered. Sorry the pictures are poor, they were taken to show someone the centres, but hopefully parts of them show how sharp we managed to get the edges between the black detailing and the fronts by diamond cutting. I can retake if you need more detail. Sorry Jonny - I can never seem to get pictures to upload to the site! (any ideas what I am doing wrong?) Hi, I recently had my 4 studs refurbed - to get the satin finish I had the centres black powder coated, the fronts diamond cut to remove the black (tried polishing instead to save money but the castings were too pitted to look good) then satin lacquered. 4 months on 3 out of 4 look great, the fourth is showing a few corrosion marks under the laquer, so time will tell if this was a good route to take. Hi, can anyone help me find an Essex spec clock please? I believe they were digital looking at pictures in a previous thread, but what colour are the digits? Are these clocks the same as the ones fitted to the later Elan? If you happen to have a spare one for sale or know where I can get one that would be great. Many thanks - Graham

It was a really interesting day, most of the crew also work on Top Gear - so all knew their stuff and were really friendly and treated the car well. The Porsche 928 was the main feature with the Esprit in a supporting role. The show is due out in 2015 - so we will have to be patient! Thanks to Bibs for the initial contact and helping set it up. I will try and attach some pictures soon - they seem too big to do the easy way!

Hi I have recently purchsed Trevor's white S3 dry sump - I am still running it back in from it's 2 year hibernation but I might be able to do this - do you know what is involved (i.e. times, who drives etc etc?) Cheers Graham
