So the banner saying "See you next year" was just a tease? 2019 celebrates 30 years of the Elan M100 so it would be good for Lotus to have some sort of celebration for that event. 👍 Even if we go there alone 😀

Had a fantastic day yesterday and a GOOD job done by all involved in this excellent event and hope it continues into next year. Well done everyone involved in the organisation. Thank you Bibs. The M100 clan thoroughly enjoyed it. A few of us in the queue to get into Hethel.

After a great 3 days away at the Classic Wings and Wheels event in Gilze-Rijen, Holland thought I would post a few photo's from the day. The journey starts tomorrow and I've been preparing 'Merlot' for the trip. Hoping we return looking just as good as the Lotus Festival at Brands is only a week away.

I shall be attending the 40 years of Lotus Club Holland at the Classic Wings & Wheels event at Gilze-Rijen Airport on 26th August. The entries for this event closes on 5th August and I was wondering whether anyone else on TLF are also attending. We shall be travelling over on the Thursday prior in my M100 and staying in the Van der Valk Hotel, Breda. Back from service and successful MOT but also had some additional work done. Springs, suspension and wishbones dismantled then sand blasted and wax oiled, put back together. A great job done by Maidstone Sports Cars and it all looks very tidy underneath now.

My copy arrived today, thanks Bibs. I shall put it with the other reading material ready for our flight to San Antonio on Saturday.
