Honestly, every time I had a dram it was like the most pleasant punch in the head you could ever have Al. Yup, definitely out, I think the police would have a gun unit outside the house if I even touched the car keys. I'm scared to go see how much is out of that bottle! Can't wait to see the photos of today. ?? -

I'm very doubtful now guys, we've just cracked this - Aberlour A'Bunadh, cask strength. At 61% proof it's pretty potent! Have a great day though.

Need to shift a couple of my guitars, but not getting any bites locally. Plenty of interest further afield but I'm a bit wary of shipping and costs. Has anyone ever used a courier for this they can recommend? The guitars are in hard flight cases, so I would imagine they'd be safe to ship like that with some wrapping?

Don't put me back on the list, but I'm still going to try for the museum leg as Saturday might not be too heavy a night. Would just be me as we'd still have house guests. -
I reckon in a few months you'll be able to pick up a used 400 for low fifties, so you might as well. Or have I over simplified that?

Just buy a wireless speaker and plonk it on the rear shelf, connect your music player of choice to it and crank it up. It'll probably sound better than the Lotus installed one anyway, cheaper, and lighter.

Agreed. Though I was unsold by the yellow offering at the start, these other colours are showing it much better. Very aggressive looking in many of the shots now. I kind of want one now, but two cars from the 400 range isn't possible....

Oh I do Andy, without a doubt. We were actually talking about this at the weekend, and I said that if and when I sell it I need to be completely isolated from it while the deal is completed, for at least two weeks. As if I actually get in it to drive it to a dealer or take someone on a test drive, to be behind that wheel is to fall for that car all over again!

I suppose I gave up any claim to making sensible financial choices when I paid £70k for a car I use once a week though Neal. (And that's assuming I even get home on the weekend!)

We're not going to make this after all as we forgot we have friends over on the Saturday night, which tends to make driving on a Sunday a no go due to whisky intake. -
Have a few days off in a couple of weeks so planning to head up there then Andy. Right now I'm just glad I'm flying home in a few hours and I'll actually get to use the 400 this weekend!

I must admit, that black one which was posted up earlier looks pretty epic, was never a fan of the yellow mock up one.

I always consider myself lucky to live in a country like Scotland, and have drive after drive near and far that blow my mind. Not just from a road point of view, but for the majestic scenery as well. While not strictly Evora related I saw this tonight which will soon be a setting for another pic of my 400 in the homeland. Breathtaking.
