    Few errors in the listing:

The rear wing was not from the X180R !?!...  They also missed to mention the ECU high torque calibration which was also special for the S350 at the time.

    Lovely looking car though.

  3. Not a fantastic situation, but it could well be that the two things are unrelated.

How are you determining your coolant loss?  Is this just through topping-up the header tank and observing the lower level or some other method?  I would be looking to check that the header tank cap is holding pressure and also at the level in the overflow tank in the rear right hands wheel well.  Your apparant coolant loss may just be displacement of coolant.  The filling and checking of the level is described in the Section KE of the Service Notes.  Follow that and see what happens over the next days.

For the oil in the exhaust, there are a couple of potential causes:

    - valve stem seals allowing oil to pass into the cylinder(s)

    - turbo oil seals failing

I would be removing the cats and taking a good look into the turbine housing.

If the play on the shaft of the turbo is looking good, then it`s borescope time for the cylinders to determine if one or more are looking wet.

Due to the two concurrent problems, you may also want to confirm that your head gasket is still sound.  You can get a leak detection kit that will confirm the presence of exhaust gases in the coolant.

Based on the the findings, you will have a better idea of the way forward.

As a side question - do you know what peak turbo boost you are operating with?

  4. A good investment in case of a serious incident.

I have a SPA Design twin-camber systems for the cockpit and engine compartment.  It can be triggered internally for road use or internally & externally for track.

Lots of good systems available, so you can choose one that fits your needs and budget.
