Hi all hopefully a few more replies and advise.... anyway the central locking on my car will not lock with both doors hooked up. If I unplug a door the other door locks and visa versa, when i connect both doors up again the drivers door just unlocks without the key in place? any help would be appreciated, oh yes where is the CDU located?

Hi my 1988 Excel Se twin fan is doing the same thing works fine on battery but not inline. Have tried different earth points although i did notice on the test lamp its brighter on the working fan circuit. Where is the Thermal trip located? and the relays?

Hi im running K&N air filters on my Excel should i still needed this pump...as the pump is catus it needs replacing where are they available from any ideas??????

Hi everyone im having trouble refitting my doors to the Excel, the only way i can get the bolts in and hinges lined up is with the door closed but this denies access to the bolts? Any help would be appreciated.

That's the thing it was just hanging down under the car, I cannot Se any obvious place to attach it....Everything appears to be working fine why would a vacuum pump be fitted ?

Hi all just purchased a 1988 Excel SE and slowly going through it and I have come across this unit with a long tube attached I have no idea what it is so any help would be grateful and if I can get rid of it great.....regards Perry
