  1. Unless I'm wrong, that's a GT410 (non Sport) - key giveaways being the lack of carbon roof and rear hatch, not to mention the GT410 decals... So it's being falsely advertised as a Sport. The Sports seem to be priced higher than the non-Sports (reflecting the higher purchase price when new), so I hope any potential bidder is savvy enough to know the difference!
  2. Yes there's surprisingly an adequate amount of space in the back for young kids. Also the option of deactivating the passenger airbag which opens up the front passenger seat as well.
  3. Ha yes good point about the auto being rare because no one bought them new 😆 According to 'HowManyLeft' there are only two GT410 Sport automatics in existence! So very rare it seems. Also good point about the Emira. I could buy an Emira for pretty much the same price as these Evoras, yet I've not even considered it. Says it all really. And I bet the Hilton & Moss labour rate is more than £75/hr so it wouldn't even cover them working on the car!
  4. Hi folks, I'm looking to buy a GT410 Sport, mainly to be used as a weekend car and for occasional road trips to North Wales and Europe. I've also got a 2yr old and 5yr old, and I really like that I can take them along for short trips - something that attracts me to the 2+2 nature of the car. I've been to see and test drive the following two cars: https://hiltonandmoss.com/stock/details/2018-lotus-evora-gt410-sport-22-ips/590898 https://www.lotussilverstone.co.uk/vehicle-details/Lotus-Evora-U449/ The grey one is an automatic - am I right in saying that an automatic GT410 Sport is an extremely rare beast? It drove extremely well, the only negatives for me are the colour (the grey hides all of the carbon bits) and the higher mileage. I saw the Motorsport Green one today and the colour was amazing! It pops in the sun and the carbon contrasts well. I actually think I slightly preferred the automatic gearbox.... The manual wasn't the most satisfying gear change (my reference is the Honda S2000 that was much more precise) and the clutch might get wearisome when I'm pottling around the shocking Surrey roads. I thought I'd post to see if the previous owners were on here or if anyone knew anything about these cars? There's not much wiggle room on price on either of the cars... Shame as all Evoras seem to be priced about £10k more than I'd expect them to be (looking at the price of Emiras), but such is the market it seems.
