Hi there, Obvious to those who know, but where is the IAC valve and what does it look like?! Also what does the green plastic thing do that is at the rear of the engine plumbed into the pipes that eminate from under the chargecooler? It it the IAC...! Thanks, alp

Hi There, Thought I might throw this one out to the forum to see if anyone has any ideas! I have just ordered the freescan package but wondered if any of you tech gurus might be able to throw light on this: My esprit SE has developed suddenly a missfire at high revs and high load. I happened on a hot day, with a hot engine at high altitude (1800m). It continued as I decended from altitude and is there from cold now. I have a spare new coil pack which I fitter and has not solved the problem. I am not loosing boost according to the guage so I ruled out the actuator solenoid. I did find that the exhaust gas sensor was loose in the exhaust, I tightened it and went for a ten min drive and it did not solve the problem. Any ideas please?
