I Was Bored Today

Well I was bored this afternoon and pulled the binnacle off to clean some things up and fix a light bulb that had burnt out on my boost gauge. I decided to respray the dash fascia body color.

Soooo jealous of the dyno day!!! Just took a ride in a friends Sylvia and now I'm re-considering my original plan not to modify this engine.... I'd love to modify now.. but that bloody citroen tranny has got to go first. I guess I'd need a head too... so that I can test a few different port schemes.

I really, really want to drive my car... It's soo weird to own a car like this, and I've never driven it...

Aero- Right, just doing some touch up and fine detail things. I don't like loose ends! The thought came to me a couple of weekends ago at a Mustang meet. A friend has an old 72 Mach one and had his dash color matched(along with the 428 cobra jet motor!)

Wow, wouldn't know what to do if I couldn't drive 'er! That's always been a requirement.... Have to be able to drive the car while I'm working on different things!

Thanks Rog! I come up with stuff to do on this car every day! If my wife let me work on it as much as I would like to, I'd need a new Digi camera with alot more storage space! Alan, hmmm, may have to sniff out a few pictures of some old Lambo's for some more keen ideas!

Danny, shucks dude, mere childs play to the project you are undertaking. By the way, how much did you pay for the new header tank? I'm looking into getting new ones for me car since the stock steels are rusting something aweful(on the inside where it matters most)

I got the light conversion at Lotus Prepared by Claudius. Are you here in the US or overseas? Lotus PBC is located in California
