I took my family down to my friends farm in Oshawa to drink all his Stella Artois beer, grope his wife (and her sister)and watched his field catch fire 3 times during his fireworks display.

As Richard pointed out, the whole country(especially Ontario) is obsessed with preventing street racing and wreckless driving mania at the moment. It seems that when one car with mag wheels passes another, they must be having a race (in the publics eyes). Quite a few cars have been impounded and young dudes dragged off in cuffs.
