Waiting at the lights just now.

I was setting up the Satnav so we could go pick up a wardrobe in my partner's Qashqai, so I very nearly missed you, but she asked me what cars we were driving past and I looked up to my surprise to a glimpse a red Esprit (maybe an S4 or GT3, didn't spot a wing) preceded by a yellow late-model Elise or Exige - must be someone known to here?!

My Esprit is parked only a few streets away from where I saw you, but in yesterday's torrential rain I didn't have as much fun as you all must be having today!

That’s got to be the father & son pairing from the Bridgend area (Ken’s Espirt & Tom’s Exige V6), I’m in a South Wales WhatsApp group & there was a run today, starting near junction 26 M4 & finishing in Chepstow. As I’m 15 miles from the border 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 & in lockdown I can only look at the pictures...
