Cobra 6422 Alarm Removal Problem

Hi I have a 1999 Esprit V8 and the Cobra 6422 alarm has failed so I can’t start the car. I would like to know how to bypass the system. If one of the moderators could pm this info to me I would be grateful. Also is three a place  in US that can service the Cobra alarm?

What's your symptoms? WOn't start? Do you have a working touch fob?

Thanks for reply. 2 button key fob is dead and won’t resuscitate. The touch fob doesn’t work either. So I think I need somebody that can bypass the immobiliser in short term?
