S2 Exige 240S buying advice

Hi All

First post here and looking for some general buying advice on an S2 Exige 240S.

I've owned a few Elise's in my time (S1's) but not had one in nearly 15 years after forays into M cars, 911's etc. Anyhow, I've decided to get back to track days and have decided that an S2 Exige 240S would be a good weapon of choice for this.

Given the age of the car I'm expecting all will have been tracked at some point so am fine with the usual wear and tear that's a consequence of that and I'll be changing the suspension so don't really care if that's on it's last legs. With that in mind, can any previous (or current owners) here tell me if there is anything I should be looking out for in these when looking at them (presuming the chassis is straight!).
