Need Advice on Buying an 05 Elise

Hi all, 
I am in the market for a S2 Elise and have my eyes on a 2005 with 36,744 miles listed for $43997. Clean CARFAX and well taken care of from what I can tell (I would get a PPI don’t worry). Should I wait for the market to hopefully cool in a couple months or should I hop on it? Will these go back down in value to the 25k-30k mark that they were once at? It is painted in Storm Titanium metallic. Thanks.
