US Evora 400 denied Komotec Tune

Hey guys,

I am a 2018 400 owner in the US that recently tried to contact Komotec for the EV-435 tune as I'm aware it is fairly popular amongst Evora owners. My understanding was they would either send an OBD cable or have my ECU physically there to tune. 

After retrieving my ECU data and sending it to them, they said they've never worked with my ECU/Software ID therefore, without my car physically being there, I can't be offered the tune. 

Has anyone else encountered this with their Evora when trying to tune in the UK/Europe? This is the first I'm hearing of someone not being able to be tuned by Komotec. I had no idea my ECU was never seen before. What are my options here to tune?
