Speedo cable.....where is?

HI ALL

In the weekend I will go to fit a new Radio Navigation.....it's BECKER, now I have a ALPINE with Navig. but it's very old, I have bought a new Becker so I want fit it....

I have read in the BECKER Installation Manual that is necessary, for have the max precision of the GPS position, connect the speedo cable signal of the tachimeter to the Radio......where is this and how I can find it in my car????

Which model car do you have?

You need to consider the fact that older ones have cable speedos, I guess newer ones have electrical outputs.

I have a ESPRIT GT3 year 1999 with NEW INTERNAL LIKE V8

You have a new shape dash GT3, right? You can get a signal for the sat nav from the back of the speedometer.

It's the orange wire, top left hand side of the large connector on the back of the speedo:

I have the last internal like new V8..............so is necessary open all the dashboar and put off the speedo....is easy?????????

Very easy. Two allen head bolts under the front lip of the binnacle.

it's for V8 internal??????? but now I not remember that there 2 bolts in the dash?????...where they are????
