And I'm sure Kimbers meant to send congratulations on behalf of AEG as well, but as he forgot I will.

It's surprising how quickly you can start to establish a core of attendees, and as NMEG pointed out, arrange events and some will make it, some will not, but don't try and arrange something where absolutely everybody can make it as it is a nightmare.

ROFL.

There is nobody at work that would believe I could be diplomatic.

I've had to stop sending mails to one group of individuals before I make them want to leave, and a senior person has refused to respond to me going directly to my boss's boss as I'm quite direct in my emails.
