Quick word of warning - it's on the national circuit which aside from Copse isn't that exciting.

I really want to go and take the car on the circuit but I've never done anything like this before - anyone else thinking of going ?

Oh and if it's anything like the last Lotus event I went to at Hethel it was one of the best days out I can remember.

Yes i'll echo that inquiry, Can we turn up and spectate, there's a couple of MK'ers that are up for it.....

Still undecided, plus the Esprit needs an MOT at the moment.

I would love to take the Esprit on the track but still cant forecast the weather and having never done anything like this before with a car that is not 100% tip top (ie brakes not bedded in) I dunno whether its worth it.

Last time I went to Silverstone I just turned up and walked in for the F1 trails - gonna phone the booking office this arvo and see what the score is....wouldn't mind doing 1-2 laps of the circuit but that sure as hell aint worth 200 bar.
