There all as bad/good as each other I'd stick with one of the majors, DHL or TNT. Any chance you can get it to a Post Office? Parcel Force would be cheaper I suspect if you can do this?

It seems that most of them only do small packages unless you have an account..... DHL quoted

I'm trying to recall the name of the firm, but there's an online company that effectively use the ones mentioned as sub-contractors, they have the account, you pay them, they get the gys to pick up and deliver.

gets round that issue you're having. If only I can recall the firm name.
