Some snob in a light Blue S3 at the Boundary traffic lights about 15:30 today. You sound your horn & they just ignore you

Sounds suspiciously like Andy "Pandy" Clements. I pulled alongside him at lights once sounded my horn, waved flashed my lights and off he tootled in a world of his own.

I suspect it was on it's way to the MOT test centre (see other thread).

Oh but I did see you , and I did wave, albeit bemused as to who it was, after all it was a silver van approximately the size of a Vauxhall Combo, I think it had ladders.

Now was that you, or was it somebody else who was wondering about the nutter in the Esprit waving?

Tonight I did spot Owen. Both lanes were moving relatively slowly, so I had a good chance and no excuse to not spot him.
