Another clutch question

Replace the fluid and bleed the clutch system, but while you are down there look at the clutch line and see if it is firmly tied down to the frame everywhere. If a hydraulic line is left dangling, it can squirm its way out of delivering pressure at the slave.

Same thing goes for shift cables. Loose shift cables will not deliver as much throw as firmly fixed cables. And actually if the cables were loose and functioned correctly, then zip-tie-ing them to the chassis can cause them to need re-adjustment to function properly again.
