My wheel centres are pretty messed up, they are glued in with silicon at the moment so I made some new ones:

I'm going to put an O ring in the groove which will locate and retain them in the wheel.

My originals are genuine Lotus but don't fit very well and all the 'teeth' behind are broken off because of it.

They appear to be available but they are £16 each by the look of them (+VAT +post no doubt) these work out at about £22 for the set, would be less if I made several sets.

As you can see they are quite thick, they don't need to be I just need a longer parting blade!

Nitrile O rings should be good to 125 degrees I think, so brake heat shouldn't be an issue especially given they are protected by the mass of the wheel.
