Help pls! Broke S1 drop glass L/H

Hello all,

I'm SO hoping you can help me out. While fiddling with the window frame, I broke the L/H drop glass of my Esprit S1.

Can anyone help me to get a clear drop glass L/H?? Or a supplier of such?

A couple of years ago, after assuming the "Lotus position" for way too long, I managed to break my drivers side window. Ordered a window from JAE in California, USA. They in turn had it shipped to me from Lotus in Atlanta, GA. I'd give either of them a shout. Incidentally, they shipped the glass only. Had to have a glass shop break out the remaining old glass and install the new glass. Worth the small price. there is also a poster on S1S2 parting out an S1. Perhaps he would have the glass?

Hi Dennis,

Didn't see your post. S1S2S3 is a yahoo based group specifically for the earliest Esprit cars. Its free to join. There is a lot of knowledge about the cars there. I frequent both forums daily. Good luck finding the window glass. Again, you might contact JAE or RD Enterprises. They're my go to guys here in the States.
