There was a red M100 elan in the garage I use having some work done recently. Could be the same one. Had a private plate on.

Na mate,I see so many elise and exige these days half of them I dont put in spotted now, cos I dont think ive ever had a come back on any of my spotteds.

So its a case, oh look its a lotus get the time,place,colour and model and thats enough.
