Why can't you upload to the PoTM gallery? I'd like to fix it.

When I pick the winner, I look at that gallery only, I can't review threads on here and I think one of those may well be a winner so I'd like to see them uploaded there please. Tell me the problem and I'll fix it.

- it let's me upload the photos,

- I click 'review and publish', it takes me to the next page, where I enter descriptions,

- I click 'finished'

I get this error -
