Hi Lisa - I've got my kids staying with me this weekend I'm afraid

It's holiday time so everyone is pretty busy at the moment. Do you think perhaps a little later in the year once everyone's got summer hols out the way would be a better time for more people to be able to come along? I am looking forward to coming up, it's just bad luck with timing for me.

Yeh I think you may be right bibs. I,ll reorganize for another time. so for anybody who was thinking of coming, weekend/barbecue is now CANCELLED.

sort of good news that it will be a different date, hopefully I will be able to make. It was always going to be a bit of a push to get there for Sunday, going to a mates 50th on sat night in Lancashire so will be late home etc etc....

I've got a ton or so of soil, sleepers and gravel coming this weekend, and

a guy i'm working alongside (and paying) to fix it all up. That's why i was

quiet on this, as i was 99% sure i could not make it, indeed i can't.

The fact the Esprit has no clutch is no issue as we'd have come in the

saxo, so rescedule sometime and we'll keep an eye out.

Nah!

Decided when we moved that i was through with gardening.

Last place, the lawn was something i only ever stood on to

either mow, or to weed. It was just a big green thing that

provided me with a never ending chore and yeilded nothing

in return (i hate the sun).

This place for a start has a smaller garden, and i'm having

no grass (mower is given away). We are having different

levels created with walls made of sleepers, gravel areas and

raised borders incorperating a shaded seat area, for me.

Low low maintenance, something you can sit in without

thinking 'oh, i need to sort/fix/cut/tidy that sometime'.

That be the plan. B)
