Help needed with identification

I've been going over my recently purchased 1988 Federal (USA) Esprit and I found some unconnected wires in the engine compartment that I need help identifying.

Two coming out of a harness at the RH rear sidewall (circled in green in first pic). One has a black wire the other has a purple wire (possibly purple/white).

One under the RH rear inner quarter trim panel next to charcoal canister (circled in green in second pic)

One barrel shape plug with two female bullet connectors in it between the plenum and back wall of the engine compartment to the left of the coolant header tank (circled in green in third pic).

Also, should the hose tube that's capped off on my airbox (circled in green in last pic) be that way or should there be a hose attached to it and if so to what or from where?
