Just a thought - the offical count (IIRC) was 95 in the factory car park, but did that include Lotus' own development & test G-car and V8, any non LEF cars coincidentally in the Lotus Sport or trim workshops, and any Esprit-based test mules that were present on site but obviously hidden from interested eyes on Monday? I'm wondering if counting these might genuinely get us to the magic figure of "100 Esprits at Hethel"...?

It was just cars on the day, so yes I think you are right and there were more than 100 cars on the site :D

We spotted an S4s out the back near the M250 project shell. Lotus have the G and V8 as mentioned. In motorsport there was a white Stevens, which wasn't there for the day and a V8 parked by motorsport. So that's 5!
