1987 HCi - Changing cap & rotor

A few days ago, I changed the plugs and wires on my new to me 1987 HCi. Hell of a tight squeeze getting the plugs done, even with my skinny monkey arms.

Would like to change the cap and rotor as well, but can't see/figure out how the heck you're supposed to get at them to change them? I could barely get my hand in to change the plugs, much less even see the distributor.

Quite possible to do it by feel, but easier if you first remove the carbs :-)

Mine is a US car; I have the big honking K-Jet set-up.

Does yours have the turbo plenum box. On mine I can get fairly easy access by removing the plenum.

Mine is a non-intercooled turbo, yes.
