Standad Rod Bolts (Re-usable?)

Hi Guys

My GT3 is probably one of the higher mileage examples on here (~118,000) and I'm planning a fairly large (and spirited) trip this summer. I'm looking at replacing the big end bearings just as maintenance beforehand and my question is, are the standard rod bolts re-usable or are they single use stretch bolts?

If they shouldn't be re-used I'll get ARP bolts, It's just that they cost twice as much as the bearings....

I've always re-used them on several engine rebuilds with no issues as have several others I know of. There is nothing noted in the Service Notes about replacing them when changing the bearings.

Brilliant, good to hear.

Did Lotus use different sized bearings from factory? Or are the sizes available just to cater for people who have had their journals machined?
