FWIW my wife has a metallic polar white Qashqai that is a year old. It just looks like a white car and is good at hiding dirt and scratches and chips.

BUT..... get up close on a sunny day and boy does that paintwork sparkle!!! It's like looking at a diamond ring under light - the light prosms and fractures and you get glints of blue, red, gold, green etc...  it does look special and that's on a Qashqai wagon so on the Evora.........
