Managed to get hold of a late 70s motoradio with the original box and all! Thanks everyone for the help!

Ah yes the Motorola LT551 and LT558 - I've never seen one, not even a picture of one. I believe they were made in a land where unicorns roam free across the plains...

However, if you find 2 I'll buy the other one off you :thumbsup:
