Silver Evora B5004 Long Hill (Buxton to Whaley Bridge)

Sunday 13th about 3pm......

I was going Whaley Bridge to Buxton......

I have to say that in all the miles Ive done in the Evora this is about only the second one I have seen 'free' on the road without the excuse of going to or from a Lotus event (obviously Ive seen lots of Evoras when going to/from a Lotus Event but that's 'coz we're all heading that way)

anyway......Silver 60 plate paprika interior.......

Ive also realised how the binnacle cover stands out when you've got the red interior.......

Not me, but what a cracking bit of road that is. Brief but excellent. Used to work in Buxton so that was my journey to work. 

Lots of other good routes to choose from round there too

Oh absolutely mate. It's a must visit every time I'm back up north. I'm a genuine booze geek and Buxton is the best brewery in the UK for me at the moment.

There's now also a really good independent beer shop called The Beer District. If you go in mention that Paul with the noisy lotus recommended them and they'll know who you mean, I've spent a bit too much money in there recently......

Buxton and the surrounding peaks really is a lovely place to live. I have to constantly remind myself how lucky I am to daily drive the roads that I do.
