Track day tyres

What tyres do you guys use over there for track days.

Specifically hill climb and lap dash, ie, never going to get enough heat into them. Also has to be on the standard rim size front 175/50/R16 and rear 225/45/R17. (or close)

Had a set of RE-71R's for autocross and they worked great. They are grippy and quiet when on the freeway. Cornering is great as well. My buddy has R888R's and according to him, these toyo tires have phenomenal grip and stiff sidewalls though have a tendency to get very noisy.
