You're only trying to divert attention from your own "rear end incident" Mat.

I was struck by the Curse of the Kutub. Here's the background.

Now, I'd just finished topping up my oil, when Mat spotted his opportunity to make his own faux pas seem like a perfectly normal thing, so he wanders over and engages me in conversation, taking my mind off the task in hand. I should have realised what he was up to - he even supplied the oil!

Was I worried when Mat & Alex came running over, pointing behind me and telling me to turn my engine off quick, and I looked over my shoulder to see a big cloud of smoke? Put it this way, it's impossible to get out of an Esprit any quicker than I did without the use of an ejector seat.

Actually, the above is just the cover story. The truth is that this was a test firing of the latest and greatest version of Q's gadgets - a combined smoke screen and oil slick. Conclusion: it works a treat, but it could really do with an off switch. My report will be on Q's desk in the morning.
