Rattle Wing Mirror Area

I had a rattle appear on the car after about 3K miles, does it at motorway speeds and it annoyed me more than the squeaking seats. It sounds like it comes from the drivers side A-Pillar, but turned out to be the door catch release cable vibrating inside it's outer sheath. Dealer replaced the cable and it went away, bliss.

Unfortunately 12 months later, it's back.  I was just wondering if this was a common problem - seems a strange one to have twice.
