Could These Be The Cheapest Clear Side Repeaters?

I've just got myself a pair of clear side repeaters for my Esprit from here;

This could be wishful thinking on my part Sonny but they appear to a rather less 'chunky' than the OE version?

They look like the right ones. If you look hard enough, you can find these for

I'd been searching ebay for some low profile replacements from other cars. After wading through hundreds of pics, with no clear solution, I noticed that my own Civic's repeaters look just the job.

For comparison, here's the Esprit's monster profile:

They're about the same length, so the Esprit's mounting holes should be covered, even if new ones have to be drilled.

I'm just ordering some black smoked ones from ebay. If they're OK for the Esprit, great. If not, I can always put them on my Honda. I'll post my findings once I've tried them.
