Last time they stopped me in Bordeaux The Poluceman asked if I could lay down some rubber. As I left the road block, so he could hear the engine hit the limiter This in front of a road block about of sbout 10 police 9 of them staring on as I tore off up the road. it was very funny, I was a bit worried that I might get shot at by his colleagues. Who were unaware of his instructions and just think I had done a runner.

The roads are better still in france if you keep off the D roads full of speed traps on UK plates you are still safe anyway

Sorry I have got to but in here as I have currently in the garage a 911, Mclaren, DB11, C7 Z06, BMW Alpina, Porsche Panamera Turbo SE Turismo, and a load of of old sports cars the list too long to bore you with but a lot of Lotus 211 Elan's Esprit's Jag's. Also a GT430 a purple one and this is the best car of them all. why ? its not the fastest or the most spacious it has rubbish tech we all agree. But it drives like nothing else on the planet its the best drivers car in the world in my opinion. Its my fourth Evora and they have just got better and better, point to point across country It will stay with the Mclaren and the Z06 despite giving away not far off 300hp it will beat all of the others cars, it looks gorgeous and is far more comfortable to drive than any of the other cars i own it has perfect steering and suspension for road use what its designed for. I think lotus can stick 2 fingers at stuttgart when its gets a 500hp 2.0 hybrid supercharged and turbo charged Engine and a gearbox to match it that will save another 60KG's and might get called the Esprit :-) argh if my dream came true. RU listening Lotus ? we dont care what it costs just make it please make it before im too old to drive it.

I have to agree sparcos in my GT430 are as comfy as the 350S Evora old seats better than the 400s and better than the seats in my Mclaren I did over 1000km run in 1 hit and got out in one hit except 4 fuel stops no aches and pains anywhere.

I have got 1600kms on mine in a week cant get out of it. My Esprit has not been out for a while getting it out this weekend see if it still works ! who is going to lemans classic and are they taking their GT Le Mans Classic anyone here going i think i saw 1 person had booked already and are you taking the GT if ill take mine instead of an oldie.

Saw this last Saturday at Bell&Colvill it’s stunning colour really suits it. The more unusual the colour the better on a GT it seems. My Mclaren is Black it’s fast but looks a bit dull next to the GT I wonder if a colour wrap exists in this green

I went in wide lorry bit always do Eurotunnel metal curbs are dangerous Always do this after a few years ago I damaged Diamond cut wheels on my RS6 I have been through last year with DB11 and Mclaren and they put all sports cars in wide carriage now as they have been in trouble with clients. Brittany Ferries also put expensive sports cars alone away from fat people opening doors and squeezing in denting your door or wing Trev

Thanks for that I’ll give it go tomorrow now it use less fuel when not in Race mode and below 4500rpm ! I went to the shops and back in normal mode it was showing 9-10 l per 100kms instead of 16-18 l so maybe it’s possible to get 400 km from the 50 litre I loved my 400 even after 2 years sad to see it go very good car. This is a great car as it should be for the price it feels like the chassis could take another 100hp easy
