  1. Good to catch up and have a natter today Jon - appreciate your time. No doubt, speak soon!
  2. Jon said you had your drone out @Bibs. @exeterjeep It's their demo Emira. One of the first as I understand. I would never have gone for black wheels but in the flesh it looked stunning and quality was impressive - better than Goodwood cars.
  3. Huge thanks to Jon at Sussex Lotus for a very warm welcome today. Have to say, the thing that really surprises me is the level of material quality. For something that isn't a complete production car, I am hugely impressed. The interior really is stunning. Very much looking forward to sampling the full version next year. Good to see Max from Lotus as well - I love the enthusiasm from factory staff over the new models. As said, it's not for me but it has got me very excited for the 133.
  4. I must be missing something. The S is £15k more yet only has following extra - Choice of coloured brake calipers, roof rails, grey diamond turned forged alloy wheels, Soft door close, Active rear spoiler, Configurable ambient lighting and bigger audio. Standard car looks like the one to have.
  5. Was interesting to watch. Be interesting to price with packs/options. Sadly configurator just throws up errors - hope they can fix it!
  6. Yup, just been invited (even though I've withdrawn my order). Looking to see on 28th.
  7. I don't think it will be hard for anyone to better it - even the guys at Lotus at Goodwood told me it's honestly quite small! Perhaps that's reason no 5 for cancelling..... 🧐🤣
  8. It started off as two when I started writing the post then grew 🤣
  9. Other reason forgot to add, I feel the 133 may well be the better car for me anyway!
  10. I'm afraid to say I pulled my order yesterday for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I've been an early adopter on two cars before (namely JLR ones - Range Rover and Disco 5) and had no end of problems. The complete lack of communication from my dealer slightly concerns me and with no disrespect to Lotus, I am not seeing any change from times gone by. That's fine with a weekend toy but not with my daily that HAS to work. Lastly, I run my own business and I know this winter is going to be hard on my employees financially. For me to then have a pretty flashy new car come spring would be wrong. Doesn't mean I won't buy one but I'm happy to sit out and wait. Hardly slumming it in the 7 series!
  11. I actually got mine yesterday!
  12. Still not seen the Road Rat in the post.
  13. Looked stunning and fair play to Lotus, I asked about seeing inside - they powered up the car and allowed it to be opened so I could have a good look. Here’s the yellow one from the Electric Avenue.
  14. I agree that render does look good. I'm not wanting to replace my current daily until early 2024 so 133 is still a possibility rather than the Electre. Hoping I can actually have a proper look at the Electre at Goodwood and get a better idea of if it fits as a daily. Fisker Ocean doesn't do a lot for me. Quite intrigued to see the Lucid Air.
  15. Yup, supposed to be coming in the post.
