I know this topic has been covered to death, but I’m having an issue where I can’t select race mode without TC turning off aswell. I used to click from Tour, to sport, then hold it on race mode for 3 seconds to go into race mode. I then had to push it again into race mode to turn off TC. Now I click from tour, into sport, then hold it on race mode for 3 seconds to go into race mode but then TC goes off aswell. Pushing it again into race mode does nothing else Anyone else had this problem, and is there a work around? cheers

More of a venting thread than looking for help, but about 6 weeks ago my right rear calliper siezed. I managed to get it going again by rocking the car, and there were no further issues. Today it happened again (admittedly my fault as had let the car sit for a couple of weeks and it rained last time I drove) and this time I couldn’t get it going. Called the AA and to be fair they came out within 2 hours, but the bloke was useless. He hit the callipers with a mallet, which didn’t work, but then said he doesn’t know how to jack the car up so the only option is for me to get the car recovered to a garage. I gave him the Manual and showed him some online threads to show where the jacking points are, but he still didn’t want to touch it. I get that it’s not your every day car, but they have my car on their system and surely should know what they’re dealing with before getting here Rant over, now can’t wait to drop a few hundred on getting it fixed at a garage

Hello hello - appreciate this is a question that will vary person to person, but after a general consensus. I’ve had my exige v6 for coming up to a year now and it came with a free 12 month Autogroup full warranty policy. I haven’t used this, and it is now due for renewal. Prices are £749 for 12 months, or £1k for 24 months. just curious if anyone’s had any experience with this product, and if it’s deemed worthwhile form the perspective of an exige owner cheers

Looking to replace the floor mats in my 2015 exige - anyone got any suggestions?? Can’t seem to find any authentic lotus ones, and the third party sites don’t fill me with hope they have the correct measurements….. Anyone had good experience with any sites in particular?? cheers

Burnt my clutch out today. Feel awful. Went to over take, shifted down to fifth, little heel and toe and for some reason just didn’t come all the way off the clutch and completely butchered it. saw some smoke coming out of the top left of the engine bay which gave me a heart attack. Hoping all will be ok tomorrow. Filled with guilt right now tho

Quick question Dave - did you need to remove the roof to complete this? I’ve had a look at removing my visors (similar issue with being tall…) and just can’t get the angle. Was going to remove the roof to see if that would help but thought I’d check here first

haha go for it! As others have said it does look like a great car. Plus as it’s been up for so long you could easily knock a few grand off….

Hi all - I’m new to this forum having bought my 2015 exige in February this year, so apologies if this is the wrong place to put this thread. But I have been looking at exige listings for a good few years now, and feel that this automatic v6 is always for sale: https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/14829160 I know the auto just isn’t as appealing, but it seems to be in good condition and has a host of upgrades. Just wondering if anyone more experienced in the world of exiges knows why this still hasn’t sold? cheers
