  1. I have no heating in the car ie I have it set to high and full fan on the driver and it comes out the same temp as outside ie no warmth at all. Anyone got any suggestions short of taking it to the dealer? Thanks
  2. I had this and factory reset worked. I do have a glitch on navigation now though. If you interact with another screen eg music and swipe that window away it uncentres the navigation page which is annoying.
  3. My update triggered this morning for anyone who still hasn’t had it.
  4. I’ve had mine a couple of months. It’s big. Very big. Biggest issue is I’m not getting the software updates and my car went offline for 2 weeks so had no sat nav which wasn’t great.
  5. My car is still on the old os. Is there any way to force the update as the phone app and the car are both saying my old current system is the latest?
  6. So I did the same trip of around 80 miles, the first in tour mode and the second in range mode and the battery % used was identical. So no idea what range mode is supposed to do !
  7. Didn’t have heated seats on. Don’t think we really had air con switched on either. Average speed was around 70mph or maybe just over. I assumed it was lack of any regeneration that caused the drop in miles Was pretty impressed with the fast charger we stopped at for 25 mins though. Stuck 25% back in the battery. Think it was 150kw charger
  8. I got 90 miles motorway and lost 48% battery. That was on tour mode so prob 200 miles on that basis. I forgot to switch to range mode
  9. I drove 90 miles north of london stayed the night and drove back again and it was offline the entire time so it’s not the signal. Plus the screen was showing full 4g signal in the top left corner the entire time. Also tried hot spotting to my phone and that didn’t fix it either.
  10. At some point in the last 5 hours my car went back online and nav now works. However it can no longe locate my car in the app so no idea what’s going on
  11. I just replied to them saying that I’m amazed at the situation i like the car but this sort of thing makes me wonder what else I would have to deal with if other issues crop up (and I used to own an s2 so it’s not like lotus is a new brand for me to deal with) not quite at the point of giving the car back but if the Jan update doesn’t fix it (which I suspect it won’t) I will have to think again my app still says my car is in Bristol when it’s in the middle of london as well. Rest of the app works fine eg charging status/ range etc
  12. Lotus replied to say the update at the end of Jan will fix my issue. Not impressed that I have to go a month with no in car sat nav frankly.
  13. Can anyone access the user manual in the app? Mine says data dosent exist which isn’t v helpful and the paper one that comes with the car is useless.
  14. I’m in the uk so we dont have CarPlay or android auto yet obviously I ended up using Apple Maps on my phone but it’s pretty disappointing for a gbp120k car Interesting. Can you locate your car through the app? I’ve never been able to do that although everything else works eg charging status etc. not sure if it’s connected to the issue
  15. My car is “offline” ie the sat nav shows no map and I can’t route plan. Short of a reset anyone got any ideas? I have a cloud with a line through it at the top of the nav screen
