Thank you all - the issue was the cable I was using. I kept the Lotus supplied cable at home on my charger and used my old BMWi8 cable to travel with which clearly isn’t rated to take 22Kw. Also collected my winter mats this week, they are tremendous quality and come in a HUGE pair of boxes.

Hello all Does anyone know what the maximum AC charging speed on Eletre is? I never seem to be able get over 7.1Kw AC when hooked up to our AC chargers at work (which are 22Kw and deliver this for Tesla’s). It made me think is the Eletre limited to 7ish Kw for AC and then 350Kw for DC? Any help or thoughts would be great.

Actually it is UWB so your right, keep it in the pocket (I put it there anyway as it the most convenient spot).

Hi there Yes it’s the Bluetooth module that was hard reset and flashed again, so must have been a fault. They seemed to have seen it before too but it took about 2 hours to do in total. The digital key is excellent, literally walk up to the car with your phone in your pocket, it’s all opens up and place the phone on the NFC reader and your away…..truly keyless. I didn’t have any other faults other than the key simply wouldn’t set up.

Digital key sorted today at Silverstone Lotus. I wasn’t going mad, the entire Bluetooth module required a full software reboot and flash to enable it. Once done though it paired with in seconds!!!! Winter mats still on back order so awaiting those!

Mine still had the option to open the LIDAR sensors for cleaning and didn’t disappear when it upgraded originally to 1.5.0…… the option is still there too since going to 1.5.1u

Updated my software this morning too, to 1.5.1u. All went pretty well actually and much quicker/smoother than when going from 1.4.0>1.5.0 1. HUD Imperial values instead of KMs much better and there seems to be more info in terms of the street info that you are shown in the HUD. 2. Short Cut to Driving Aids saves a couple of key stokes so that is better. 3. Volume returning to normal after a system announcement (Nav instruction, Speed Camera warning, etc) 4. Cannot comment on the DAB performance as of yet, but i have to say mine was pretty good anyway. 5. App Store Apps updated successfully and quickly, download the Dolby Atmos Test app.......🤪 what a a way to showcase the quality of the KEF system.

And that’s exactly what I did, take all the keys to the dealers with software as stated and they told me the story about release only as per chassis number……

Tried all of this and no joy, as soon as I try to install from the app initially, I’m met with the following message (attached). I’m running app version 1.2.0 (only updated 1st July 2024) and Hyper OS 1.5.0

I immediately put my key into a leather holder. As for the digital key, my dealership stated that this feature is released on a chassis number by chassis number basis…..sounds a bit like BS to me that one, so I still await the digital key upgrade
