Without doubt its great but it can save me easy $600 US. To me its worth the wait. If it was a couple of yrs ago, it would have been installed by now but hard times have hit so I have to be a little more careful of my spending

I called to buy in my own but wow. Too rich for my blood right now. I tried to buy in the group buy but it was too late

Thank God I am in no hurry so hoping a new group buy could done with Alunox could be started.

Hey Mark, Thanks for your help. The thing that I am looking for along side more power is reducing turbo lag even if I have to go with a smaller turbo. I like the external wastegate option. I will have to make up my mind.

I need your opinion on if its worth getting the external wastegate or not. Any thoughts?

I have been off the lotus forums for some 10 yrs now. I still have my 91 se and it was finally finished being restored. Now its about time that i do some new upgrades to my car. I am sure that this offer is over but if it isn't, please let me know.

I was also going to cut out the rear screen under the bumper and mount the diffuser under the bumper which will raise up at the rear bumper instead of staying flat at the rear.Hope that made sense. Sorry, I see it now. I had it backwards. How did you figure out where to put in those 2 vents?

Changes, WOW did you do a lot of research and great fabrication work. My thought where to start the aluminum in the middle of the car and back. I was going to keep the from bottom stock. I see also that you put vents in front of the car not under the engine, is that correct? Do you want to visit the states some day?????? I live 40 minutes form NYC...

Thanks for those pages. You did an amazing job on your car. I did something like you did. I did the head,cam,adjustable cam gear,no cat and now Garrett is building me a new turbo which will be a bit smaller for much better throttle response but it will have a lot more power as well. All new technology. I didn't see the lower valance though.

Thanks for the answer CarBuff. The problem with my car, I did an overhaul and long story short, that big panel got lost in the middle of moving, don't ask,. So I am missing that panel and I need to replace it before a rock comes up and breaks something in my engine and I was going to use 2x4 sheets of aluminum and close up the whole under of the car and end up with a diffuser under the bumper. I don't know if it can be done without overheating the motor. Also, I want this to functional not just for looks. I am also going to cut the middle of the bumper in-between the exhaust, the mesh only and that is where the diffuser will come out of. This will also cover the muffler but not the tips.

I am looking to completely close and flatten the bottom of the car and finish it at the end with a large diffuser. My question is do I need to vent the bottom to cool the engine or am i ok to completely close the bottom to have better flow under the car.

I been on this forums when I first bought my esprit 20 yrs ago and I may have found the best upgrade for our cars aside from the gear box, ever, variable power steering and it totally illuminates the worst bump steer in any car. I don't know if this is the right place to post this but it is listed at $1,500 plus shipping. I have 3 sold at this point and if I get more we may be able to save more money. Thanks Franco

I hope that this is a simple fix but then again when is a Lotus fix simple. The problem I am having is that the ecu plug in the car does not work but the one in the boot does. Any reason why and how can I get it to work. It has worked in the past but now that I have the new espritmon program and now it does not. Any ideas on a fix?

First time post and I need a picture of the F1 logo to print. I have tried the header picture but it is too small and cannot make out racing in the picture. I have searched the web and no luck. Can someone post the emblem? Thanks
