Weeping drive shafts

Hi all, just in the first year of ownership and have a leaky draft shaft.  Not sure if the oil seal or pins, but my question is, and sorry i’m sure it’s been asked before, but is there a guide on doing this?  Can a competent DIYer do this or is it be to take it to a specialist?
