Was'nt there a problem with early V8s, porus blocks??

Did they sort this out on 98 models?

Shame no one knows who owned the car in the past, as you say, history is much needed.

Great to see such intrest in one of my cars,this car is for the DIY person who can do some of the work himself and is as discribed.If you have to take it to lotus dealer its not worth the money.I would gladly do the work for someone else but then the car would be
