Headlights

Hi to all members

I am trying to find out what material is used on the headlights of a Lotus Exige 2005 i have been on to lotus manufacturers and they have said that they dont have 

that infomation due to that model not being made any more ( scratch head ) this is the lotus technical department mind you ( scrtch head more )i am a detailer by trade

and refurb headlights for a past time  and these are for a client polycarbonate is manly used but some plastic can not be polished due to there properties, these do have a lacquer to

protect the lens but this is cracked so before i remove the lacquer  i need to know what the lens is made of, really appreciate anyones imput.

I will take it that PC stands for polycarbonate.
